Therapy that makes room for the whole story.

Hi, I'm Holly. I'm a Minnesota-based Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who supports adults through some of life's most tender and difficult experiences.

My work centers on grief and loss, anticipatory grief, death and dying, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. These experiences can change how you see yourself, your relationships, and the future. They can also be deeply isolating—especially when the people around you do not know what to say.

In therapy, you do not need to protect me from the hard parts or arrive with a polished version of your story. We can begin wherever you are.

Warm, collaborative, and at your pace

I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling heard. Our work will be collaborative and responsive to what you need, with room for honesty, reflection, and practical support.

I will not ask you to force a silver lining or move on before you are ready. Instead, we can make space for what is true, notice what helps, and explore ways to live with greater steadiness and connection—even when life remains complicated.

I work with adults who may be:

— grieving a death, relationship, role, ability, or hoped-for future
— anticipating a loss or caring for someone with a serious illness
— adjusting to chronic illness, medical uncertainty, or changes in identity
— living with anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion
— exploring fears and questions related to death and dying
— looking for a place where they do not have to hold everything alone

I accept some insurance plans through Headway, and I also welcome private-pay clients. Headway now handles both, so you can check your coverage and book through my Headway profile either way.

If this feels like the kind of support you are looking for,

I invite you to take the next step.
